Fantastic experience. Delicious food that was tailored to our tastes. We paid a bit extra for the luxury experience, which included a server, tableware, printed menus, etc., and it was totally worth it. Very professional service that made it a special night. We didn’t have to worry about anything, and they left everything super clean. I would definitely use again.

I hired Matiz catering for our wedding dinner and it has been one of the best decisions. My husband and I had a very small wedding dinner for 28 guests and we were looking for quality food. We’re both big foodies, but I wasn’t really familiar with catering vendors in LA. I stumbled upon Chef Jimmy and his team. They were so easy to work with since the start and we’re so patient with me until I was happy with the Menu. The food was amazing and actually exceeded my expectations. All our guests loved the food. Chef Jimmy is super humble and one of the kindest people. He was extremely communicative and reliable throughout the whole process. I 100000% recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer.

Chef Jimmy Matiz curated such a wonderful Italian birthday dinner for us all. We really loved his energy, the passion & attention to detail he put into the food. He was very easy to communicate with at the beginning and really made sure that everything was on point before the event. The day of the event arrived, he was on time with an amazing server to help out during the event and he got to cooking and really made the experience so delightful. We will be definitely having Jimmy come back to cook us up another feast for another event and we cannot wait to recommend him to all of our friends.

We were planning a small wedding at our house and needed a caterer who was creative and professional. The response was immediate an incredibly professional. We had the wedding last night, and the food could not have been better… People were raving about the pizza, the Gyoza, the salmon skewers, the sliders and virtually everything. On top of that, Jimmy and his staff were amazing! Could not have been more helpful and more professional. Not only would we use them again, I can’t wait to find another event so we can bring them back in!

There guys made my event absolutely incredible. The food looks amazing, better than many great restaurants I’ve been to, and the experience overall is just incomparable. The process is very personal and efficient, they take care of everything, just make sure you tell them as much as you can so they have a better idea of what you want. Not for every budget but totally worth it.
